Who We Are

Why steamed?

Our menu is intentionally simple. Ingredients appear across multiple dishes, reducing waste and allowing us to focus on quality.

Why is the menu so small?
How do I get started?

Fast food shouldn't leave you hungry an hour later.

Every Lovebox includes protein, vegetables, and your choice of rice, noodles, or greens.

Why do you focus on design?

Designed Like a Neighborhood Restaurant.

Fast food doesn't have to feel disposable. We invested in architecture, art, flowers, and spaces people actually want to spend time in.

  1. Most fast food starts with a fryer. We started with steam

  2. We chose steam because it lets us serve food that's fast, satisfying, and made for everyday eating.

  3. A simpler kitchen means lower build costs, allowing us to keep complete meals at $13 without compromising on quality.

Why are there only 2 staff?

Community Before Scale.

Lovebite was built in Phoenix with local artists, local makers, and local partnerships because restaurants should strengthen the neighborhoods they're part of.

Why only 1 location?

We started with Japanese-style gyoza because they're perfect for steamed fast food.

Gyoza felt like the right place to begin. They're already loved by millions of Americans and perfectly suited to steaming.

Our recipes were developed with Chef Kevin, who grew up in Hong Kong, and we partner with an Asian-owned dumpling manufacturer.

Why gyoza?
Why dumplings?

Dumplings were our answer to steamed fast food.

They are comfort food.

They're satisfying, portable, and found in countless cultures around the world.

As we grow, so will our menu, introducing new dumplings and the stories behind them.

A streamlined kitchen means we can serve more guests with fewer steps, helping us invest more in our team instead of unnecessary complexity.
